Notice the change in core control, alignment, balance, posture, co-ordination, mobility, strength and specific muscle activation - the things that will change dysfunctional movement habits and set you up for the long term.

Initial consultation 1:1 is required prior to starting in the small groups to assess and set specific focuses for the program.
